Booking & Payment Terms
By booking a healing package at Harum Sari Retreat, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Payment Schedule: All bookings require payment to confirm your reservation. Your booking is only confirmed once payment has been received.
Package Inclusions: Each package includes accommodation, treatments, and services as listed on the package description. All bookings are made directly with Harum Sari Retreat.
Cancellation Policy - Promotional Rates
Important: All promotional and discounted package bookings are non-refundable. By booking at a promotional rate, you acknowledge and accept this policy.
- 14 days before arrival: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.
- 7 days before arrival: The remaining balance will be charged and becomes non-refundable.
- Cancellations after payment: All amounts paid are non-refundable.
- No-shows: No-shows forfeit the full amount paid.
Date Changes: Requests to change your arrival date are subject to availability. Please contact us as early as possible if you need to reschedule.
Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that covers trip cancellation, medical emergencies, and travel disruptions.
Health & Safety
Medical Disclaimer: Our healing treatments, including colon hydrotherapy, are wellness services and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Please consult with your healthcare provider before participating in any detox program, especially if you have any medical conditions.
Informed Consent: By booking, you confirm that you have disclosed any relevant health conditions and understand the nature of the treatments included in your package.
Liability: Harum Sari Retreat is not liable for any injuries, illnesses, or adverse effects that may occur during your stay. Guests participate in all activities at their own risk.
General Terms
Check-in/Check-out: Standard check-in time is 2:00 PM and check-out is 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged subject to availability.
Respect & Conduct: We maintain a peaceful, healing environment. Guests are expected to respect other guests, staff, and the property. Disruptive behavior may result in termination of your stay without refund.
Photography: We may take photos during your stay for promotional purposes. Please inform us if you do not wish to be photographed.
Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
