What is Total Tissue Cleansing?
Total Tissue Cleansing is the name of our treatment-only wellness program combining nutritional fasting supplements, colon hydrotherapy and consultation. The Signature option also includes Balinese healing lymphatic massage. The name describes the program, not a medically established removal of toxins from the blood, cells or tissues. Accommodation is not included.
The Fast
The program includes a supplemented fasting plan. Before participating, ask the team for the current supplement ingredients and proposed schedule, and discuss medicines, allergies and dietary needs with a qualified healthcare professional. Fasting and supplements are not suitable for everyone; supplements do not make fasting risk-free.
Colonic Hydrotherapy
Colonic hydrotherapy, also called colon cleansing or colonic irrigation, involves introducing water into the large intestine. It is offered here as a wellness service, not as treatment for disease. Evidence for general detoxification benefits is limited. The procedure carries risks, including dehydration, infection and bowel injury, and may be unsuitable for people with certain medical conditions. Seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional before deciding whether to participate.

Our treatment-only options run over 6 days. Essential includes three colon hydrotherapy sessions; Intensive and Signature include six. Each includes the listed supplements and consultations, and Signature adds Balinese healing lymphatic massage. Suitability and any session schedule must be discussed before booking; a listed inclusion is not a medical recommendation for daily treatment.

Yes. At Harum Sari Retreat in Ubud, Bali, deep tissue cleansing refers to our existing Total Tissue Cleansing program, not a separate service or deep tissue massage. Essential, Intensive and Signature are treatment-only options; accommodation is not included.
Is accommodation included in Total Tissue Cleansing programs?
No. Essential, Intensive and Signature Total Tissue Cleansing are treatment-only programs at Harum Sari Retreat in Ubud, Bali. Accommodation, meals, airport transfers and general wellness activities are not included unless specifically stated. Detox Lite, Detox Escape and Deep Healing are separate packages that include accommodation.
